CunninLynguists the top spot without question, the rest slot in depending on the day. Haven't heard an album of theirs I don't immediately love yet.

Guess it was the year of Blu otherwise, especially considering 1 or 2 more releases by him could be on this list (j e s u s, Amnesia). And of course The Roots put in a late entry with the recently released undun which certainly didn't disappoint. Elder statesmen Kweli, PUTS and J-Live held it down with more new solid material, and definitely keep a look out for Big K.R.I.T. in the near future.
